Using the God's Eye View name

God's Eye View™ is the name of the open-source 3D globe created by Bilawal Sidhu and built by Halfpixel, Inc. God's Eye View is a trademark of Metaversity LLC, used under license by Halfpixel, Inc.

Official sources

These are the only official sources for God's Eye View:

• Website: godseyeview.ai. The official hosted version will launch here.
• Source code: github.com/bilawalsidhu/gods-eye-view
• Installer: God's Eye View on Pinokio

There is no official paid web version of God's Eye View yet. Other websites that offer a hosted or paid “God's Eye View” are not affiliated with God's Eye View, Bilawal Sidhu or Halfpixel.

The MIT license covers the code, not the name

You are welcome to use, modify and redistribute the God's Eye View source code under the terms of its MIT license. The license does not grant rights to the God's Eye View name or the eye logo.

If you build on the code, please give your product its own name and logo, and don't present it as God's Eye View or as an official version of it. You may say truthfully that your project is based on, or compatible with, God's Eye View.

Writing about God's Eye View

Press, creators and educators are welcome to use the name and screenshots to write about the project. Please:

• Write the name as GOD'S EYE VIEW in logo form, or as “God's Eye View” in text, with capital letters.
• Link to godseyeview.ai or the official GitHub repository.
• Credit Bilawal Sidhu and Halfpixel.
